Today you will need the following things:

  • Your school PE Kit (or sports kit from home)
  • A medium sized ball or football
  • A cleared, safe space to move around!

 

Ideally get outside and enjoy some fresh air maybe in your garden or at the park. Watch the videos first and then try out some of these ideas (or take a phone with you for watching the video)
