Fruit & Vegetable Printing part 2

Did you try some potato printing yesterday? Did you try making a repeating pattern using different colours?

Today try making a repeating pattern out of different shapes. Here's how:

First, experiment with printing by using different fruits or vegetables cut in half. What kinds of shapes to they make? Do any of your vegetables make the same shape when you print with them? Which ones make different shapes?

Choose 2 different fruits or vegetables and alternate printing with them to make a repeating pattern. e.g. celery, carrot, celery, carrot... what shapes do you see in your pattern?
