Perhaps you already know this song! Play the video and sing along.
Now collect 5 toys from your home and pretend that they are frogs! You could use bricks, figurines or dolls etc. Can you find something to be the log too?
Or if you're feeling extra creative you might like to adapt the song. You might end up with something like:
"5 little fluffy bears sat on a squashy chair..." or
"5 little motor cars parked on a little shelf..."
Now try using your toys to act out the story along with the video! Start by putting all 5 of your 'frogs' onto the 'log, and making them jump off one by one. Can you count down and say how many are left each time?
