Look at this amazing website link. It shows the wind speeds all around the globe - the orange bits are the stormiest bits where the wind is moving the fastest. It's quite hypnotic to watch.

In preparation for next term's reading, please read the poem The Lady of Shalott by Lord Alfred Tennyson and make a note of any vocabulary you are unsure of. Then draw a picture of the setting and any images the poem brings to mind. Please bring this in when we come back after half term.
