Levels of attendance have a direct impact on the progress that your children make in school therefore we will:

• Expect every child to attend on time, every day throughout the school year.
• Challenge poor attendance and lateness by taking legal action where appropriate.
• Not authorise any holidays taken during term time except in exceptional circumstances.

Children need to be in class by the following times, as this is when the registers are taken.

• Nursery - 12.15pm
• Reception Classes - 8.40am
• Years 1 & 2 - 8.40am
• Years 3 & 4 - 8.35am
• Years 5 & 6 - 8.30am 

 If your child is absent, please phone the school office by 9.30am on every day of the absence.
