This Spring term in Science, we will be learning about animals and their life cycles.

We will begin by exploring different animals and their offspring, helping the children to recognise how young animals may look similar or different from their parents. As the term progresses, we will look at how animals change as they grow into adults and learn about the different stages of a human life cycle.

The children will also learn about the basic needs of animals for survival, including food, water, air and shelter.
