Levels of attendance have a direct impact on the progress that your children make in school therefore we will:
- Expect every child to attend on time, every day throughout the school year
- Challenge poor attendance and lateness taking legal action where appropriate
- Not authorise any holidays taken during term time except in exceptional circumstances
Children need to be in class by the following times as this is when the registers are taken
- Nursery - 12.15pm
- Reception Classes - 8.40am
- Years 1 & 2 - 8.40am
- Years 3 & 4 - 8.35am
- Years 5 & 6 - 8.30am
If your child will be absent please phone the school office by 9.30am on every day of the absence.
